Wow… So much to write... Sentence fragments. I recognize you. I quit World of Warcraft. It’s too bad; today I leave a more beautiful, nerdy world behind me. I can type a little bit faster, although the typos are not forgivable now that I’m not dodging that rogue that’s trying to gank me. We even had guild t-shirts coming out. Earlier on last week I recall watching the Big Labowski and lifting weights to November Rain. Yes, I did save the heaviest lift for the 4th guitar solo. Yes, it was the greatest moment of my life.
This evening I met up with Craig and went by Pema and Nick’s, where we sat around and Pema learned some Feist song while Nick was trying to learn Adobe Premier. Earlier today, aside from the goodbye, I was a complete zombie during my tutoring period. Luckily my friend Kathleen hooked me up with some tea. Some poor girl just got dumped from a four-year relationship and had to write a test. This fellow was swooping in for her on the rebound, and it was hard to watch. It reminded me of my writing a test the day after Emily dumped my dorky butt. Wow, did I ever blow that… Test, that is. I blew the test.
Tomorrow night is a holiday for Pastafarians, and so the secular humanist club is meeting for a pasta potluck. Chances are I’ll be the only vegan. Huh… CURRY!
After that there’s a ballroom dance formal on Thursday. Randomly two young ladies have been trying to get me to go. What is this? This random balding, out of shape physics dork out on a date. I’m too disorganized, and to add to the confusion this other girl stopped me in the halls and mentioned that she’d always wanted to talk to me. Of course, I was dead tired and fumbled over words, muttering incoherently. Typical Mike. What’s going on? Who’s paying these people?
I have my test in quantum next Thursday. Oh my! I was ignoring so much while playing WoW. Time to get back to all that I’ve been shirking.
